Again, we were impressed with John, his knowledge of the area and his suggestions for pricing and selling our unit. We followed his advice about getting our unit ready for sale, colour scheme and suggested repairs and improvements. His suppliers and contractors, from handymen to carpet companies were professionals and did a fabulous job within our budget! It took about 2 weeks all up from briefing the work to the contractors to painting, laying new carpet and doing repairs. In the end our unit looked fabulous!
John also came up with the idea of using a city lights night shot showing the view from our balcony and when our leaflets were printed they were stunning - absolutely stunning.
Our unit was on the market for three weeks and was sold without a problem, very close to the price we discussed with John.
