 For general repairs and maintenance requests, you may email our office or alternatively, you can complete our online maintenance request form which is located on our website.



Under the terms and conditions of your residential tenancy agreement, it is a requirement that our office always has a set of keys to access your property. In the event that you wish to change the locks, you must notify our office and furnish us with a copy of the new keys.
