For general repairs and maintenance request you may email our office or alternatively you can complete our online maintenance request form which is located on our website.
Emergency Repairs
For repairs that are of an emergency nature and you are unable to contact our office you may call Matthew Partridge on 0411 50 80 90 after hours or alternatively please see below a list of our preferred tradesman:

Keys
Under the terms and conditions of your residential tenancy agreement it is a requirement that our office always has a set of keys to access your property. In the event that you wish to change the locks, you must notify our office and furnish us with a copy of the new keys.
